• By uploading, you grant HighNote a license to display and distribute your content on the platform.

Intellectual Property

All platform features, code, and design remain the property of HighNote. User-generated content remains the property of its creators.

Liability

HighNote is not responsible for disputes between users or for damages arising from the use of user content. The service is provided "as is".

Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms of Service.
